Show out of office once instead of after every message
Right now when a customer sends a message to a live agent, while the company is out of office, the chatbot will show the out-of-office message. It does so every time the customer sends a new message.
Would want to see this changed to a functionality where it only shows the out-of-office message once. This way it won't annoy people when they leave their question/contact information after office hours.
