Possibility to add '-' in the custom field Phone number
Now you can only type numbers in the phone number. When you type the phone number with '-' (e.g. 06-12345678) it is impossible to send the message in the chat.
Chats assigned to different teams
I would like to see in the statistics how many times chats are assigned to another team per week, month, year etc.
Increasing the amount of characters in the custom fields
If you use custom fields in combination with webhooks, you are limited to the number of characters you return in a conversation through the webhook. The limit is now 255 characters. A piece of text in combination with a URL quickly exceeds the limit. As soon as the return exceeds 255 characters, the custom field remains empty. I would like to see an option to be able to send out more text using the custom fields.

Autoreply from chatbot when customers sends a file
Feature request: When you're having a open conversation with the chatbot and you send a file (picture, PDF, PNG or anything else), the A.i. of our chatbot doesn't reply on a file since there is no text involved. The idea is to set a standard reply when a customer sends a picture in an open chatbot conversation.
Statistics show which device the end user is using
The possibility to see in statistics on which device the end user is in contact with our chatbot.
Open the correct conversation by clicking on a notification
Once you get a notification of a new incoming message (on the desktop app) it would be nice if you click on the notification it would open the corresponding conversation.
Notification in the windows/MacOS app
A notification when an unassigned conversation comes in in the desktop app. Now only a notification is made by the desktop system. If you are doing something else, you might miss this notification. A notification icon with a Count on the desktop logo would be nice. See screenshot.
